Intentional energy work, wherever you are.

✧ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✧

Distance Reiki is a spiritual energy practice offered remotely, allowing you to receive an intentional Reiki experience from wherever you are, without the need for a live call.

As a certified Usui Reiki Master, I approach each session with care, intention, and connection to the Reiki tradition of universal life force energy.

Each experience is personalized to the intentions you share, creating space for reflection, stillness, and reconnection with yourself.

✧ Your Experience Includes

- A personalized 30-minute distance Reiki session

- An opportunity to share your intentions before the session

- A scheduled session conducted remotely, no Zoom or video call required

- An email confirming completion of your session

- An optional written intuitive energy reflection, if selected at purchase

✧ Scheduling & Preparation

Sessions are typically completed within 3–5 business days of purchase.

If you have a desired date in mind, or would like to prepare in advance and be present during your session, please include your preferred date and time when placing your order.

I will reach out to confirm availability and coordinate your session.

There is no need to be online or physically present with me. You are welcome to continue your day as usual, or create a quiet moment for yourself through meditation, journaling, or rest.

If you would like to prepare, you may find it meaningful to spend 10–15 minutes in stillness, reflecting on your intentions and allowing yourself space to receive the experience.

✧ What You May Experience

Everyone's relationship with Reiki is different, and there is no single way you are expected to feel.

Some people describe sensations of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or heightened awareness during spiritual and meditative practices.

Others experience very little or notice nothing different at all.

All experiences are welcome. There is no particular sensation you need to have for your participation to be meaningful.

✧ Spiritual Detox & Integration

Within some Reiki traditions, the period following a session is described as a spiritual detox or energetic integration.

This is a spiritual framework for reflecting on emotions, patterns, or experiences that may come into awareness. Some practitioners describe feeling more emotional, introspective, tired, or sensitive afterward, while others notice no particular change.

These responses are not guaranteed effects of Reiki, and there is no scientific evidence that Reiki removes physical toxins from the body.

I encourage you to listen to yourself, rest when needed, stay hydrated, and give yourself space to reflect without placing expectations on the experience.

Any new, persistent, or concerning physical or emotional symptoms should not be assumed to be a spiritual detox. Please seek appropriate professional care when needed.

✧ After Your Session

Once your Distance Reiki session has been completed, you will receive a personal email confirming your session, including the date and time it took place.

If you selected the additional Energy Reflection, you will also receive a personalized written reflection sharing the intuitive impressions and insights that arose during your session.

Every experience is approached with care and intention, whether you choose to receive a written reflection or simply enjoy the space created for you.

Sessions are typically completed within 3–5 business days of purchase, unless a later date has been requested and confirmed.

✧ A Little Reminder

Reiki is a complementary spiritual wellness practice intended to support personal reflection and relaxation. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and no particular physical, emotional, or energetic result is guaranteed.

Come as you are, with whatever intentions are calling to you.

Resonate at your undiluted frequency of love. 🪷
